their own. They have approached me on the subject of setting apart

for them an area near Kowloon City and I shall have no hesitation

in recommending for your favourable consideration any reasonable

proposal that may be submitted to me in that behalf.

If my recommendation is approved any Crow Land alienated with the area referred to would be leased subject

to the covenant which forms enclosure 1.

The area delineated on the enclosed map com-

-prises the whole of the building sites near the Railway Station. The country is hilly and intersected by small gulleys. The number

of building sites is not large and the present value of the land is

swall.

The existing bungalows are marked in red ink.

They are leased from the Government by the persons shown in the

schedule herewith enclosed.
